Phalkunz.com Simplified
Sometimes I feel like I never get satisfied with anything regarding the look of my blog. I’m already sick of my last wordpress theme. At the very start of moving to wordpress, I had a very simple theme. Then I decided that I wanted to add more graphics and stuff to it… but after achieving it now I want something simpler hehe. Furthermore I’ve been spending too much time on the look of the blog instead of the content. Even worse, I don’t have much time for doing something else like reading a book, learning more programming stuff or hanging out with friends etc. So from now on, I have decided that I’m going to leave this theme here for quite a long time. Hope you all like the new theme as much as the last one or even more hehe.

Me too, i have never been satisfied by my own created theme then i always try more and more to get the satisfied one. Unfortunately, the more i am serious about it, the worse i do it
This theme is cool but the bottom seems alittle bit unfit with the body; the color i think.
The second problem is why not center ?? or you’ll add sth more to the right?? this makes this theme bias to the left

@ijajaja: I really appreciate your comment. The footer color matches the top bar color that’s what I want and also i wanna put more on weight on the bottom part. It’s maybe because of the top border’s color of the footer looks a bit out of place. I’ll consider lighter tone of the background.
This theme is flushed left because all of the theme I’ve done before were aligned center. Plus, I wanna make use of white place. I put 100 something pixel to the margins of the main content and the footer so if I flush it center, i think i’ll look awkward.
anyways, I look forward to see your theme. Just the “under-construction message” looks cool already.

I’m more a colorful girl, so this new simplified theme is not for me, beside it looks like a product to me, the bar code thinggy….it is not for me. I like the previous one the bees and the sunflower and the color is so nice. I don’t design anything though;)

@Kane: I just like bar code myself. I even wanna a bar code tattoo on my wrist on neck but I’m sure my parents are not gonna like it so I can’t. Thanks for your criticism.

However, my trend is simple theme :o)

Bar code on the neck????, ever seen dark Angle starring Jessica Alba, she got a bar code on her neck too, kindda cute though, but she was tracked down by the police or something by her bar code;)

That is like me, sometimes i do not like my blog’s theme. For me, I changes two times and i just use new theme that i download from theme from wwww.dailyblogtips.com. I do not know how to design I just get free theme. Hahaha

@vutha: hehe! Yeah, there are a lot of cool themes out there but I love to create something from scratch. As long as it’s not ugly and unusable, it should be fine

I’m not a designer, as in visual designer. My degree is computer science and my major is programming.
